Well, maybe because I have enough issues that my doctors have had me on a 3 or 4 month schedule but Medicare pays for it with no problem and you can get an A1c every 3 months I think but it is usually every 4 months for me. I think that the reason the doctors or medical clinic don't want to do the annual "wellness" exam with your normal exam is they will pay for both and like I said Medicare allows 30 min for the wellness exam and 15 min for a regular exam.

Well, I only got 3407 steps yesterday but it was because I was involved with trying to resolve problems with my computer and missed a couple of my walking sessions.  Well I only got 7 of 12 hours of 250+ steps so I am actually surprised I got that.  I am off to my cardiologist this morning so that will probably cut into my walking.

Quiet day, didn't do much. Scheduled appt with my Broker to sign some papers after my dentist appt tomorrow. Put together some things for cat home and did some browsing on Amazon. The break in work is helping my body that is for sure!

Wally, I am still having trouble with the blue on my printer. I have run a ton of the purge sheets. The first one has a single line of blue with the rest a pale pink. Then I run about 6 more aned there is no blue at all. Frustrating!

Spent the day doing small things to ready the cat home. Built a box half wall so they won't see us putting the cats in.  The back side is open on some and I'll put fluffy blankets in them for sleeping/hiding. I'm sure they will be climbing on the boxes too!  ~ cat ~

Well that was odd how the photos posted! Don't have time now to play with fixing it.

Well, they posted just fine for me.  All I had to do was click on the photo and it gave me a large view.

Well, only 3238 steps yesterday.  I had an appointment with my cardiologist and it did take some time then he wants me to have a chest X-ray and there is an imaging outfit in the same complex as the doctor so I decided to walk to it and was using my cane which was working just fine but it does put more strain on my legs but I walked there and was told that they don't have a technician for X-rays, I have had them done there before but oh well, so I walked back to my car and when I got home I was a bit more sore than I am used to so I kind of took it easy for a while.  Today seems OK so maybe I can get back to trying to get more.  Now I have to go to the hospital to get the X-ray done.

Oh, OK, I'm just not used to seeing them clickable. Usually they just post full size. I must have done something different in the process. As long as they can be seen I'm OK with it!

You only embedded the pictures, you didn't "Insert" them. Therefore the pictures have come as attachments to the post but not a part of it.
You cannot view this attachment.
You have to click on the "Insert" button, if you want them as a part of the post. However, just embedding the picture will bring it up (when clicked) in Original size, unlike embedding which will restrict it to a particular size.

Ooops! My bad! I was rushing to get cats fed and out the door to dentist. Missed that step. I'll pay better attention from now on...

6,505 steps yesterday.

Lots of steps at World Market/Cost Plus and Hobby Lobby before dentist appointment. Even with no steps for a whole hour while spending 1.5 hrs in dentist chair, I managed to get a lot of steps!

My friend brought over a door that will work in evening. Today is going to be the last rush for building tweaks and tomorrow all the set up inside. Sunday we begin trapping and that is going to be lots of steps and very tiring. They plan to trap Mon through Wed. Hopefully we get them all by then. (I remember I had close to, and one day over 10,000 steps last Sept when we did this before!) Mix all that in with a Gastro appt on Mon morning! I expect to be totally exhausted by the end of next week!

7,075 steps yesterday.

Lots of moving coolers, organizing the room, even put down a used carpet on the floor. I finished the "kitty condo". Turned it against the wall as we hung a tarp across the room so cats already there won't be as scared as we add cats, plus maybe they won't be so quick to make a dash to the door. What a day! Lots of running around getting things done!

Well only 2622 steps yesterday but right now I am trying to get as much walking as I can without any support and I went through going to the doctors office using only my cane and walking around the house without anything and doing better at that so I am going to work on that and not worry about the total for the day.

5,256 steps yesterday. Getting ready to begin trapping.

Today will be lots of steps, first with the final set up of the food and water in the garage. Then setting traps with food and then loading ones caught in vans to go to the vet. Then more set up more traps, wash/repeat. I just hope we catch a lot today.

It's breaking my heart to see all my kitties gathered at the door wanting their breakfasts. My friend won't be here until 10ish I hope the kitties haven't scattered by then looking for mice! This is so stressful, I will be glad when it is done!

3140 steps yesterday.  Still not getting up to 4000 but making progress not using my walker and it is using muscles I haven't been using so it takes a bit more effort.
