Yesterday's high was 69° and sunny, getting cloudy in the evening. Today's forecast is 75°/50° mostly sunny.

Only thing I am planning to do today is rest more. With the exception of a quick run to Ace to get a shop vac. That is the only way I can see to easily keep kitties home clean.

3280 steps yesterday so still not getting back to the goal I had set but I am not really trying very hard also. 

108 this morning.  We had a high of 93° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 96° today so keeping pretty well in the predicted range. 
Off in a bit for an appointment with my urologist.  My PSA had been staying at the same level for several months so he had set me up for an appointment in a year for a follow up and it is now.  The level has gone up with this last test so I will be interested to see what he says about that.

Yeah, I have one of those.

Reorganized and swept up the straw on the front deck and a bit of sweeping in cat's home. Otherwise fairly quiet day.

I did call my Ortho and have an appointment for next Tuesday to get the hand surgery process going. I can't wait to finally have my hands be pain free!

178 at bedtime. Oops! I was making up my breakfast yogurt and ate some berries and yogurt just before bed.... I guess maybe that did me in?
