130 this morning.

75° was the high yesterday, today may hit 80° then  slowly go back into mid 70's, high 60's next week. Fortunately it will all be sunny!!

Taking it easy today and just enjoying watching the kitties adapt to their new home and new order of things.

106 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 94° so getting into warmer days.  It should be in the mid 90s for all of this week.
Since neither one of us are up to walking through Walmart I ordered some groceries for pick up and all I have to do is drive down there and they will put everything into my car then I drive home and can take my time getting things into the house.  I have done this before and it works quite well.  BIL will probably be fine doing the shopping by next week.

129 this morning.

77° was the high yesterday. It was a beautiful day! today's forecast is a bit cooler at 74°/49° mostly sun with clouds coming in late afternoon. Looks like fairly nice weather for a week ahead.

Really need to clean up the kitties house a bit today.

ETA: glad to hear BIL is doing so well!!

124 this morning.

75° was the highest temp I caught yesterday. Today's forecast is 68°/42° partly cloudy. Cooling trend ahead with possibly rain early next week.

Pest spray people come today, that's about all the "excitement" for the day. Thursday I have 5 teeth pulled and get new upper plate and lower partial in. Yippee??

109 this morning.  We had a high of 93° yesterday so staying at the predicted levels and should be the same today.
My trip to Walmart for pickup of groceries went quite well and it was just getting things from the car into the house so a few trips but not bad at all.  I think that my BIL is going to be doing shopping pretty soon as he is getting along quite well and just using a cane now instead of a walker.
Good luck with the partials Barbara, I did not have much luck with mine but I hope you do better.  Dental implants are much better but quite expensive.  I got a quote of $18,000 for mine and at my age it just didn't make sense as I do get along pretty good with what I have left.

Thanks Wally! I tried on the lower partial last visit and it was actually fairly comfortable. Much more so than the upper one I had 15 yrs ago that hurt so much I never wore it! The proof in the pudding will be when I have the full upper plate in how they feel together. This new dentist has really spent a lot of time getting the shapes just right so I have hopes it will be OK.

Yeah, I had been holding out some with the dream of implants becoming affordable but they were really too far out of my price range! The uppers and lower plate and all involved with the process was around $12,000 and that was pricey. That many implants was just unreasonable for me, as you say, at my age. If I was 25 maybe I would but not at 75!

108 this morning.  We had a high of 93° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 96° today so keeping pretty well in the predicted range.
Off in a bit for an appointment with my urologist.  My PSA had been staying at the same level for several months so he had set me up for an appointment in a year for a follow up and it is now.  The level has gone up with this last test so I will be interested to see what he says about that.
