This video is done very well and his 'tip' makes 100% sense.  People need to be aware of their numbers and if you are fortunate enough to have a cgm, that fact alone will give you much advantage towards controlling your diabetes.  In listening to the video, I found it helpful to put on the 'closed caption' feature as I am hearing impaired and the gentleman speaking has an Australian accent.  Listen to the video and make your own judgement, I found it very helpful.
