My Gastro is having me have liver function tests every 3 months that I continue to use the Metformin, so I believe that Wally.  I stopped taking it 9 years ago and didn't see much difference in bg numbers. Over the past couple of years I have gradually slipped back into bad eating habits and the Metformin is basically a kick start to get me back on track. I only plan to take it for a while basically as a reminder to myself to do better diet wise!!

118 this morning. It feels like every bone/muscle in my body aches, but I have to push through it and do as much as I can on garage.

63° was the high I caught yesterday. Today's forecast is 56°/38° cloudy with a few rain showers in AM. May see some snow by weekend.

91 this morning.  We had a high of 80° yesterday! It looks like we will be around that tomorrow and Friday then a big drop on the weekend to the low 60s as a front passes through but no rain here, just wind.  They are expecting up to a foot of snow in the mountains though.
Yeah Barbara, I think as long as the doctor is testing to keep an eye on it Metformin would be OK.  It is usually seen as safe but I never heard of it causing problems until my doctor brought it up.  I would be OK with taking it but it didn't seem to be helping me after I quit it so I was OK with dropping it.  I still try to watch what I eat to try to keep my BG in line and do mostly OK.

Same here. I found that my numbers were the same with or without metformin.

86 this morning.  We had a high of 80° yesterday and it should be the same today then a big drop to 62° tomorrow as a front goes through but nothing here but wind.  Snow in the mountains will be a good thing though.

Slept late! 133 this morning. Admit it must be the small piece of gluten free truffle and cheese pizza. Only 1/4 serving but I guess enough not to get away with it! The rest is in freezer in tiny serving sizes, too good to toss!

64° was the high yesterday nice sunny, day a bit of wind. Today's forecast is 58°/23° partly cloudy. The weather is changing over the weekend with rain and snow. Only around an inch in my area but a good amount in the mountains.  It is well needed snow at this point, but I'll be happy for it to stay in the mountains!

125 this morning again slept later than usual.

The high was 52° yesterday, today the weather is changing, forecast still warmish but rain//snow overnight. Forecast is 54°/30° may have up to an inch of snow overnight. Hope it holds enough to get the wood and move it into garage.

83 this morning.  We had a high of 78° yesterday and it is going to be cooler today with a predicted high of 65° and a very slight chance of rain here this morning but probably just wind.

118 this morning.

Yesterday's high was 50° with a few showers here and there. No snow overnight! today's forecast is 44°/24°with chance of a shower in the afternoon and maybe a bit of snow evening/overnight.

Walls will begin in garage if my friend is not as tired and sore as I am, otherwise only chore will be a laundry and collecting the garbage.

111 this morning.  We had a high of 66° yesterday and it is supposed to be a bit cooler today and windy this afternoon but it is supposed to pass through today and start to warm up starting tomorrow.

125 this snowy morning.

Yesterday's high was 40° and we did get the snow overnight! 5" of new snow this morning.Had to shovel area to feed the kitties. Today's forecast is 45°/28° mostly cloudy. No snow thank goodness.

Garbage to road and helping with the walls, is all that is on agenda today.

111 again this morning.  We had a high of 66° yesterday and a low of 44°, the same as the day before and my BG was the same as yesterday, ground hog day!
I woke up at around 2:30 this morning and just couldn't go back to sleep so ended up rising at 3 AM and am kind of in a fog right now.  Probably going to get a nap today.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

113 this very foggy morning. Looks like my getting up time as shifted to 7AM with the time change. I don't mind but it puts feeding time a bit later as I like to get the posting here done first.

Yesterday's high was 46° some sun but mostly cloudy. Today's forecast is 48°/27° cloudy with a tiny chance of showers in afternoon.

It was 30° when I got up at 7Am still is at 8AM. with a tiny. bit of frozen fog on the ground and car roof. Off to feed the kitties!

112 this morning.  We had a high of 67° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 71° today and even warmer tomorrow.  There is a storm system heading to the West coast this weekend and we may see some rain Saturday and into Sunday.

121 this morning. Looks pretty niceout though still cool at 30°.

Yesterday's high was 48°, some sun, some clouds. Today's forecast is 52°/34° partly cloudy some sun and after midnight maybe some rain/snow showers. Then a couple days of some rain and snow showers.

Friday I go to dentist to have the 6 permanent crowns put in....ugh...
