86 this morning.  We had a high of 69° yesterday so slowly warming up.  It should be in the 70s today and even in the 80s Wednesday.
It was clear here yesterday so I went out to see what the eclipse looked like but here at 50% it was pretty underwhelming so went back in.  Yeah there was a big bite out of the sun but it was nothing like it would belike where you could experience totality.  It was much better to see the views from places that were in the path of totality on the internet. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

129 this morning. The earlier dinner didn't do much for the fasting number...

Yesterday's high was 58° mostly sunny, with a few sprinkles and periods of wind (which I didn't like). Today looks to be a really nice day! Forecast is 58°/31°, mostly sunny. A welcome change.

The grass is beginning to green up and trees are just beginning to bud, can't wait for the lilac bushes to bloom!! The only thing that is not so nice is when the Cottonwood trees start dropping all the "cotton" so messy! That is the only time I tolerate the wind, as it blows that messy stuff away!

104 this morning.  We had a high of 76° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 84° today so warming up as predicted.  It is supposed to be in the 80s through Friday then we will have a cool down on the weekend as a small front passes through so windy.
Off shortly for an appointment with my dermatologist for a follow up exam but not anything major.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

56° was the high yesterday and it was beautifully sunny! Today's forecast is 63°/41° with some clouds but mostly sunny. Good weather for working in the garage!

105 yesterday.  We had a high of 84° yesterday and it is predicted to be 88° today.  This is where I like it and enjoyed being outside.
I saw the dermatologist yesterday and he froze a couple of spots on my forehead.  That is kind of painful but better than cutting if not taken care of.  After that I went and got my lab work done for my appointment Monday with my new provider.   I was kind of surprised that my A1c was 5.3%, I was expecting that it may be higher so happy about that.

132 this morning.

Yesterday's high was 63°! A great day to paint! Today will be a good one too with a forecast of 72°/42°. Really nice for another day or two and then maybe some rain/snow by Tuesday. I hope not!

Plan is get 2nd coat of paint done. Then get the divider wall up and maybe painted too. That part may be a stretch but who knows?

I'm gong to need a day of rest after today!

108 this morning.  We had a high of 86° yesterday and it is supposed to be the same today then cooling down to the low 60s over the weekend and windy, ugh.  It is supposed to get back into the 80s next week.

138 this morning. I guess it is going to be up and down until I can get back into a regular pain free schedule....

Yesterday's high was 68° beautiful day! Little shower over night but will be dry today. Forecast for today is about the same 74°/40° and sunny though one site says mostly cloudy..."Debbie downer!". I think it will be nice!

103 this morning.  We had a high of 83° yesterday and it is going to be cooler at 71° today and 61° tomorrow then warming back up next week into the 80s again.
I would love to be on a pain free schedule but it doesn't seem to be available.

146 this morning. I guess it is just DP, can't figure out any other reason...

69° was the high yesterday, a gorgeous sunny day! Today looks nearly the same with a small chance of showers or a thunderstorm thrown in. Today's forecast is 76°/46°. They tease us with possible snow in 2-3 days, but I'll believe it if I see it!! I hope not, I'm loving this weather!!

89 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 67° and today is supposed to be 64° with a 50% chance but winds of 20-30 MPH so no rain here.  The winds just keep the rain out of here so just windy.

129 this cloudy morning.

Yesterday's high was 71° mostly sunny. Today's forecast is much cooler with 63°/39° mostly cloudy. A few showers this morning then just cloudy.

I got sad news last evening. My friend/neighbor passed away on Saturday. I knew she was sick, she had confided in me she had cancer but asked I keep her secret. She was the friend that drove me to all my dr appointments after my bad fall in Dec. '23, while I was in the back brace. She also took me grocery shopping. She was a good friend and very sweet. Saddest part is she was just in her 50's.

Don't know what the plan is for today for the garage, haven't heard from my "building buddy" yet!!

101 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 59° and we even got a few sprinkles, enough to get the pavement wet but not a lot.
Now it is going to start warming up and we are going to be in the 80s again in a couple of days.
