Well, I have always used Listerine and pretty much out of habit but always wondered if it really made any difference so maybe it is doing something after all.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

I have always been a very sporadic user of mouthwash.  But since I have been having all this dental work done, I have been using an Rx mouthwash called Peridex (Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.12%) it is pretty strong but it seems to also be helping the healing. I think going forward, I will continue using it. Can't hurt, may help with the T2 who knows?
