178 at bedtime. Oops! I was making up my breakfast yogurt and ate some berries and yogurt just before bed.... I guess maybe that did me in?

105 at bedtime last night. All I ate the whole day was my fruit/yogurt/bit of granola for breakfast and after all the dental work just 2 protein drinks one in afternoon and one for dinner. My mouth was so sore I couldn't eat anything else.

This morning still sore, this is going to. take a while to get used to. Check up with dentist this morning to see how healing is going ad do any tweaks needed to the dentures.

129 at bedtime last night.

It is still very hard to eat so drinking meal replacement/protein drinks. About the only "solid" food I can manage is yogurt and applesauce. Today I'm going to try some soups,.
