spicy baked nuts

100 grms plain almonds
100 grms walnuts
100 grms pista
100 grms cashew
100 grms hazel nuts.......

50 grms of butter, salt, pepper , chilli powder ,mint powder...................mix all the above with the nuts and bake it in the oven for around 15 mints ,stir it upside down twice ,thrice ..........cool down and store it in the glass bottle ........taste fab with drinks,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe some wine or some vodka .

This sounds really nice!  Is it sticky or pretty dry? Could I bag it up to take when I travel so I don't have to eat off plan items?

Where does one purchase mint powder?  I've never seen it in a store here.

Should be available in an Indian store. Though we make it at home by drying the leaves in the sun & grinding them in a mixie.

AJ loves to munch on these. We keep a glass jar full at all times. I try to limit the cashews that I put in that mix. Other nuts are fine.

Thanks for the tip on where to find the mint powder.  I will look to see if we have such a store or I could also ask my Endo as he is from India.  We live in the middle of a large hispanic area, so many things are available for the spanish speaking people.

Thanks, glad to hear they are dry.  I found some mint powder on Amazon so I think I will make some of these up to take on my next travels.
